Oh, it’s always about us, isn’t it? Well it should be, since we are North America’s largest growing chain of neighbourhood pubs — a welcoming place to meet friends for a pint, some fine food and a good time. Brilliant! It’s an idea that Firkin founders, Stanley Adelson and Ian Fisher, will gladly tell you was theirs.

Today there are 31 Firkin pubs in Canada. However, the really big Firkin news these days is happening in the land of the free — soon to be known as the land of the Firkin. With a total of 16 US pubs now open (check out our Find a Pub page to locate the Firkin nearest you), we're keeping busy. It doesn't stop there with more than 180 pubs in development. 

But the Firkin isn’t all about good looks and charming disposition — no, we have a heart too. Our annual Firkin Golf Classic is just one of many ways we give back to our communities. In just ten years, this tournament has raised more than $1,500,000 for various charities. Last year, we raised $240,000 for Sick Kids Hospital’s Cardiac Kids, bringing the total to over $1.5 million.
